Why

With your membership you directly support the steam locomotives of the Furka Cogwheel Steam Railwayo and the steam locomotive workshop in Uzwil.

Die DFB AG is not and will not be in a position to bear the costs of the steam locomotive workshop and the main overhauls alone. The Friends of the locomotives of the Furka Cogwheel Steam Railway association has set itself the goal of covering as much of the costs as possible through membership fees and donations. 

Types of membership

There are three types of membership:

• Basic member - annual fee CHF 200.00

• Patron member - annual fee CHF 500.00

• Premium member annual fee CHF 1'000.00

Your benefits

• Club information 4 times a year.

• An annual voucher of 30 francs for tickets for the Furka mountain steam train.

• Patron and Premium members periodically benefit from a special event.

• Unique social environment among like-minded people.
