With the diesel train of the Furka Steam Railway, you can comfortably reach the most beautiful starting points for hikes between Realp and Oberwald. Combine train travel and hiking and discover the Furka region in a particularly impressive way.

The diesel train runs regularly along the entire route and can also be used spontaneously.

What is the Wander Express? The Wander Express is the diesel train on the Furka mountain line that brings hikers to the stations along the route. You can travel certain sections by train and hike other sections, allowing you to plan your route individually.

The Wander Express is ideal for day trips, hikes along the historic railway line or as a return journey after a hike.
